Dancy's Plumbing

Mr. Dancy was scheduled to install a water heater on a specific date within a four-hour window of time. Mr. Dancy did not show up for the agreed upon time and schedule even after I called him the day before to confirm the date and time of the appointment. When I called him 15-20 minutes prior to end of the four-hour window of time, he was out handling personal business. I immediately cancelled the appointment. Mr. Dancy was not professional enough to extend a courtesy call of being delayed. Due to Mr. Dancy's negligence, four hours of value time was lost. Note: I acknowledged the negative review on Mr. Dancy's service, but since he had done a very good job in repairing a leaky bathtub faucet in my home in March 2013 and provided very good service, I thought I would give him another chance. However, this experience was definitely not good.

Do not use them. He knows plumbing, but he has very serious issues when it comes to following a timeline. It took him 3 months to do a job that should have taken him 2 weeks.
