I first spoke with Chris Baron the Raleigh Residential representative who was very helpful, answering all of my questions after which he provided me a "turn key" remove & replace price quote which I was very happy with on a top of the line opener. The installer was scheduled to arrive a day 1/2 later between 8 am and 10 am. The technician (Steve) called prior to arrival to let me know that he was on his way. The install went very well. Steve was very professional & knowledgeable. He instructed me on how to use the Smart Control panel as well as showing me how to program the new MyQ remotes as well as how to remove and replace the Back-Up battery.
Description of Work: Replaced Genie garage door opener with a new LiftMaster® DC Battery Backup Belt Drive door opener.
