 + -1 moreThey are excellent. I did not spend anything with them this time around, but I spent about $2000 the last time I used them. My interaction with them was excellent. I like the way that they treat you and the way that they take care of you when you go into the store, and follow-up and just the way that they handle their customers. When I used them in the past, their workmanship was excellent.
Description of Work: I used Cumberland Carpets Inc. to help me figure out what kind of flooring I wanted to get and stuff. So, I trusted their judgment to help put me in the right direction.

She's been in business for thirty five years and she really knows her stuff and always takes her time with you. She even stayed after business hours to help us out, it's a good business. She even offered a lot of advice on how to keep the carpet clean after we buy it.
