+ 1 moreI can't believe I had those beautiful hardwood floors covered for 17 years with carpet. Richard and his co-worker were very friendly and accommodating to my needs and requests. There was a slight delay in the start of my job due to illness of the owner. However when the job was started, it was completed in the previously discussed time frame. Richard was willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations to ensure I was 100% satisfied. My floors look great!
Description of Work: Removed carpet, refinished and stained existing hardwood floors.

Description of Work: Mr. Cook was nice enough, although he could not be on time for any of three different appointments. Additionally, he did not provide an estimate in the timeframe he said he would, therefore - we took our business elsewhere.
