Computer Logics

On October 20th 2011, I purchased a newly built computer for high end processing and gaming. I gave a $3,500 initial down payment and three months later, I paid off the remaining $1,065 balance (I have proof of this). Now, twelve months later, after paying the full payment, I still have not received the computer. A picture of the receipt from the initial payment below should suffice as enough proof. http://i.imgur.com/Ma48A.jpg It is irrelevant whether it is family or not, though it is sad that family would take from you like this. So perhaps if family is treated like this, I wonder how an average customer would be treated by this company.
