The young man who came out could not find my tank. (It's a new house so I only knew the approximate area.) He called for someone to bring his pole to help find it. The owner came out and proceeded to insult me every time I opened my mouth. I think he thought he was being funny. He wasn't. I mentioned my tank in Maine had a vent pipe to mark it and he said people in Maine don't know how to do anything. When I told him we had moved in a year ago and so I didn't know the exact spot (I showed him within about 10 feet.) he said, "that's just like a woman." After that every time I said anything he made a rude comment. My only regret is that I didn't throw him off my property. The young man with him did a good job and was more personable, but I will never use this idiot again.
