Mr. Brooks was on time, professional, friendly, and was able to get the problem sorted out quickly. His pricing was fair and I will be hiring again for a future project.

We agreed that the electrical work he was doing would be permitted. He installed the outlet, I paid for him for it and the permit, and he never did got the permit. Did not return text 2 weeks later asking for an update. Makes me wonder if this will affect my ability to sell my house in a few years. If this review is still up, it means that I am still waiting on my permit.

He arrived on time to give us an estimate and did not charge a service call. We hired him and he was here the next day on time and completed the work. We even added some projects and he was very willing to do them for us. We would hire him again.

He's outstanding. If he tells you he'll be at your house on Friday at 10am, he's there Friday at 9:50am. He does the work he tells you he's going to do. Plus he makes sure he's has the best quality supplies you can get. He says he'd rather spend a little more and not have issue or have anyone complain. Then go cheap and have someone be hurt by the work. Charles is not going to overcharge you. He believes in high quality, high standards and he understands what the term professionalism means. He is very professional and gets the work done.
