This was the worst experience I've ever encountered! Do not use this company! CRC/Response Team One promised to return my home to it's original condition for the cost outlined in their assessment. The project started 3 years ago and the company never finished. They were last at our home in the spring of 2017. They made numerous mistakes that they had to correct multiple times costing time and money. Their lack of supervision, shoddy workmanship, poor subcontractors and complete incompetence was pervasive. They did not know how to look thoroughly for damage or properly construct areas. For example, They left the exterior wall open during a rainstorm (water and wind entering our home), painted the walls with the wrong color, ordered stone that didn't match, mudded the wall and then took it down, put up siding crookedly and had to replace it, installed damaged flooring and had to rip it out and much more. Essentially, Response Team One missed assessing $10,000 in additional damages that we must cover out of pocket. This included $4,000 for windows that another company installed because they were too damaged to reuse. Worst of all, CRC/Reaponse Team One charged us for the exterior stone that they didn't match correctly (and lied that we had preapproved it) or install, approximately $3,000 worth. When we contested, they threatened to take us to court. We don't even have the stone. CRC is now a called Reaponse Team One. Our experience with them was a disaster leads me to believe they are untimely, untrustworthy and incompetent.

They removed everything that was damaged and dried the house. They are very prompt, very timely and did amicable work. They were very flexible in their scheduling and I would definitely agree that they are a good company to work with. My only complaint was that they over dried my house and if I was paying for the service I would have been very upset, since my insurance company is it is a little bit of headache for me. They over dried my house to such an extent that the hardwood in my house had to be replaced and all of the cocking and trim had to be re-cocked and repainted.
