In the summer of 2010, I contacted this company to install my irrigation system. The gentleman was very friendly and completed the work within a day. I was told that any time I had any type of concern to call and he would come back out. Within two months, I had an issue with one of the heads not working. I called him and it took him about a week, but he came out. A month later, the same head did not work. I called him and was told he was too busy to come out. I paid someone else to look at it and he replaced the head for me. The summer was over, but the next spring (2011) I restarted the system and two heads would not work. I called him and was told he was just too busy to come out, but he would call me when he could. I set the system to come on three times a week and the next month my water bill was $238. I didn't know it was the sprinkler until I called a plumber to come out to check for a leak in my pipes. The sprinkler system was draining under ground. I didn't even notice the trench marks in my yard until the plumber pointed them out. I called five times and left messages. I still have yet to hear from this company. Now, I have to pay someone to come out and fix this MESS.
