+ -1 moreThey usually responded in at least one day. There were a couple times where I could not reach my specific rep for a few days. Thats when I switched mortgage companies and the one I chose had everything ready for me in less than 48 hours. However, it just seemed like Carolina Home mortgage was very busy and could not fit me in their schedule during the final part of obtaining a loan.
Description of Work: I received a mortgage quote from this company. They were competitive with thier prices.
