+ -1 moreHorribly...Having to come home to a hot souse. Have had to pay for hotel rooms, during their waiting game.
Description of Work: This company sold me an AC unit in 2010, the fan motor has already given out. It has been two weeks and the warranited part still has not been replaced. When another person came out he said it didn't even look like a brand new unit. And I pad them in advance for the duct work, that never was completed. Never pay someone before the job is done.

Description of Work: I used the services of Carolina Heating & Air Cond to replace a couple of things in the air conditioning unit in September, 2011.

+ -1 moreFraud Alert: NOT LISENCED!!!. They installed the unit upside down. They took out the 15 SEER unit I paid for and replaced it with a 13 SEER unit and tried to charge me 800$ for the switch. Both the heating and Air Conditioning did not work and had to be fixed by other companies because he would not uphold his warranty.This man stole my money. Please never use him. ELLISON L. ELLISON. He changes the name of his company frequently because he's THAT bad. He would show up 3 hours late or not at all. Word to the wise: "Do NOT do business with Ellison L. Ellison."
