Description of Work: This pool supply store is great. I've been there a few times this summer to get my pool water tested, buy chemicals and get some advice. They are a no nonsense business that will give you honest advice and not try to sell you anything you don't need. The men who work there are always very nice and helpful. Another plus is they have a playroom for kids which is great if you have to wait or need to ask questions. I gave it a B on price only because pool chemicals and supplies are expensive in general but I do believe they sell quality chemicals. I will be making this my go to pool store. I would only suggest that they fix there sign on the building to look nicer.

+ -1 moreThey were really helpful. They had a lot of information and actually took the time to teach me how to care of my pool myself. So I wouldn't have to pay for services which were really cool considering that they were business. They called me the same day I called. I loved them.
Description of Work: I used Carolina Aquatech Pools And Spas about a month ago. They cleared my pool as it was a mess and they fixed it.

Description of Work: This place is awesome especially George he is very knowledgable with pool chemical, he went way above and beyond the call of service or sales. George makes this place always a pleasure to buy my pool supplies from someone with a smile and good out look on life. I recommend this place to all my family and friends because of George!

+ -1 moreHe was responsive to my calls. He showed up on time for the estimate. He took all the measurements and told us "I will get back to you" and we never got a response. He still has not contacted us.
Description of Work: He came out to give us an estimate for a gunite pool.
