Cape Fear did a fantastic job, they were on time spent two days making sure the installation of my complete new system worked perfectly. I could not be more pleased !! I highly recommend them for you Heat Pump or any HVAC needs !

I ended up getting a cleaning on both systems. Eddie did an excellent job. Later I needed a repair and used them again. Stephan Rardon was superb!!

Fantastic service.

They totally destroyed my house, they are the worst company ever. The charges were incorrect, the unit was bent, they put in the wrong pipes, my water froze up in the winter. They refused to fix their damages, which were over 15k. They cut out my dryer hose, burned up my dryer, tore up my tiles, and wooden floors, scratched the doors, ruined the paint. refused to fix anything. Worst company to deal with, they even left in the wrong fuses... my house could have blown up!

We had to replace both heat pumps. We had a bit of a time crunch as 1 unit had died and the other was having trouble keeping up. David (Project Manager) made a point of walking us through everything we had to consider and made sure the new units we chose would meet our requirements. He did not push the larger, higher priced models. Everyone with the company was very professional and courteous, arranging their schedule to fit us in quickly. The workers were very thorough (job took 2 days) and made sure everything was cleaned up. We are glad we chose Cape Fear.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. The installation took longer because the base for the existing coil would not pass inspection. They procured the additional materials and completed the installation at no additional cost to me.

I had a Air conditioner gas pack replaced. The unit looked as if it had always been there. Nothing left behind. Backyard looked as if nobody had been there. This is rare. There's always something. Very thorough and professional. Thanks Everyone at Cape Fear!
