Brock Cabinets

Everything went well.

The people were helpful and kind and gave us a reasonable quote in a timely manner. We didn't buy the house that needed a remodel so we ended up not purchasing from them, but would have if the house had worked out.

I did not use Brock cabinets, I ended up using C&F Cabinets. I called Brock to try and set an appointment for someone to come in and measure my kitchen for new cabinets. When I called the gentleman who answered the phone blatantly told me that he didn't have time to mess around, and he would only take me seriously if I cash in hand and was planning on doing it soon... Strike one. I set up an appointment for an estimate, Brock stood me up, even though a lady called to confirm my appointment time the day prior and to remind to be home. No one showed up or called... Strike two. I called Brock cabinets to find out what happened, they apologized and rescheduled for the next week. I once again got a phone call the day prior, the same lady, double checking my appointment time and to ensure I would be home. I was home for the appointment and once again no one showed. Strike three. Since I'm in the Army, I had scheduled both appointments later on in the afternoon on Wednesdays (SGT's time training). I gave up on Brock cabinets because of how rude the gentleman was over the phone and because they stood me up on two separate occasions.

When I visited the showroom, the salesman was not very helpful at all. He never once said, "Here are the items your builder's allowance includes. Would you be interested in additional options or upgrades?" I had to specifically ask about the counter tops in the bathroom and "make the sale" for the upgrade myself. The worst part is, when the bathroom vanities were installed, one bathroom had no drawers. It is a large double vanity in a childrens bathroom and we expected drawers. We called to say we were unhappy and we were never consulted about the configuration of the cabinets. They said the drawers WOULD have been an upgrade option, but they would not change it out since it was already installed. Even when we told them the salesman explained nothing to us nor gave us any options, they still refused to address our dissatisfaction with the product. Now we are stuck with it (and no place for toothbrushes, hair accessories, etc.)
