My realtor Rita Henry and I had the pleasure of working with Boxwell Real Estate. We called to schedule a viewing at the last minute and was able to access the property within an hour. I fell in love with property and submitted my application to find out later the property was rented. The good thing is that your application is held for 60 days and should a property of your liking becomes available you don't have go through the process a second time of paying another application fee. Umm, we hadn't came across any Realtor Company that gave us that option. Well, despite it all we continued our search. I must say God definitely knew this was the home for me. I received a text message 3 days later@ 10:02 pm from NaTasha advising me that I was approved for the home and if I wanted to proceed to call the office in the morning. I was feeling down, frustrated, overwhelmed and was about to give up on looking for anything. I immediately replied to NaTasha thanking her and advised I'd call in the morning. I was so excited to receive that news I couldn't sleep. I Thanked God, text and called my realtor Rita, yes that late at night (she's always been available to me) to give her the good news. I cried as I was so excited. I was so excited to speak with NaTasha the next morning. I had my debit card ready to process my deposit. After everything was done; I immediately called the utility companies and scheduled everything to be transferred in my name and ask if I could move in early. We didn't experience any lack in communication at all. NaTasha made the process easy and smooth. I was also advised that Ola Jackson would be my property manager. We look forward to working with her.
