Boxwell Real Estate

Boxwell is the new property management company who took over from the previous company (Bama), after the manager became ill. Boxwell?s service is at best miserable. My A/C went out on a hot weekend in June. I called during normal business hours and was told I would have to wait, because everyone has A/C problems. I explained I was a single person, living there alone, and requested an early or late repair appointment as I work about 15 mile from home. The office manager never called me back until I left several messages. I asked if the A/C Company could contact me directly, manager stated she needed to coordinate. Two more days past, and no calls. I finally had her commit to a 5 PM appointment. That day 5 PM comes and goes?. No repair? no call, 24 hours service cell number goes unanswered. Manager states this morning the ?repair man got lost, and could not find my house?. Later today the repair man calls me and says he never got my phone number or address from the ?manager?. I confront the manager at her office today and explain that ?someone? is lying to me about my appointment and wasted time?..She goes wild and says, we?ll fix this right now and calls the service AC guy?.. He covers for her?and she is smug. My only point was to connect the repair person to the customer?but no, she has to explain that she has 2 kids and other people have problems? whaaaaa Funny how today, when the service guy showed up at my ?gated? community he had to call me for the code? deduce that he never had the stinking code and never was told to be at my house the day before?.it was a BFL ?.(Bold Face Lie), by someone. Anyway?I would not buy a home or rentals from folks whose office is ?trailer?, and they provide much bad attitude, served super sized.
