Everything went great very friendly

I have worked with Mr. Gibbs for almost 10 years. He has done all of my moves. One of moves he broke a flat screen 55 inch TV he had to replace. He told me about it right away and I thought that was honorable. I booked him for a move on 10/8/22, I asked him if he removes TVs from mounts based on last experience, I hadn’t used him in nearly 3 years so I wasn’t aware of his policy. He said he did and I asked him to remove it for me. I was busy moving little things while he removed my 65 inch LG smart TV, but my 25 year old daughter watched him. She said he was on the side where it cracked. She thought she heard something but she wasn’t sure. We get to the new place and we noticed three huge round spots on tv. I cleaned it and we thought it went away. I hired a young man to mount the TV, watched him carefully grab from sides and hang the TV, he turns it on and the three huge spots I tried to clean immediately after the move, appeared along with streaks and a crack. This couldn’t be seen the day of. I immediately called him since he and his one guy, and told him what happened. He was the only one that handled the TV from removal, and placing it on the back of this big uhaul truck with all of my furniture moving around. He said it was by itself in the truck. Where was my furniture then if that was the only thing back there? Plus you can see pressure was applied to the side. He read my messages, waited a while to reply and LIED about breaking my TV. He told me to reach out to my daughter since she watched him, I called her and she confirmed that he broke it based on hearing a crack and seeing the three huge spots we tried to clean. He supposed to be insured. He got into an accident with his truck and now breaks my TV again, I am sure he doesn’t want to submit another claim. Now I have to buy a new TV because of his dishonesty. I will never use him again. He lost a longtime customer. Beware. If he breaks something valuable it’s a crap shoot if he will be honorable and replace it. Do you really want to take that chance with your items?

Box & Dolly was AMAZING!!!! Mr. Gibbs and his team worked diligently (in the pouring rain) to get our move completed in a timely manner. They even helped us take our TV down and helped us take shelves off of the wall. The cherry on the cake was when Mr. Gibbs prayed over my new apartment prior to leaving. Overall they made my move so easy!

These guys are so awesome! They were on time, friendly, and trustworthy. It was obvious from the time they arrived to the minute they left that they took pride in their work. An absolute pleasure to work with!!!!
