Dick Weber came to my home and brought samples of blinds. He helped me select the best blind for my home. He came back to install them when he said he would. My husband was deployed at the time, so he took down the old blinds and stored them for me. was very professional, affable and helpful. He did a beautiful job, and paid a lot of attention to detail. When the company who made the blinds mistakenly listed an incorrect price for the blinds and refused to honor the listed price, Dick took the loss himself, rather than call me and charge me the difference. After six months of use I began having a slight problem rolling up the blinds evenly and Dick came out within a few days and adjusted them. He stands by his products and his workmanship is top notch. He is professional, timely, honest, fair and extremely affable. I will definitely use him again.
