This was the BEST experience of my life with any repair service. They were the best in every way. The went beyond my expectations. The office personnel I have dealt with and the service personnel I have dealt with have all been very courteous, professional and efficient. I do not know what other businesses have for their business model but in the area of customer service someone should consult this business because they have got it right. They understand their customers and will work with them any way possible to get the job done. I have nothing but the very best comments and respect for Blanton's Heating and Air because they are truly a professional business and we look forward to working with them in the future. Very professional , and great work

I had a heating system go out during one of the coldest days of the year and Blanton's went out of their way to put my family back in a position where we didn't have to leave our home. They fixed our system the same day and it was no small repair as two major components had to be replaced. I am especially grateful to Jon K. (the service tech) as he was very straightforward with what was going on and in telling me what his recommendations were. While it was an unexpected bill, the people of Blanton's made the experience bearable.

I was pleased from the first call to the completion of the project. The company was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to a friend. Great company.
