Hired them for HVAC inspection. Knowledgeable and friendly. Communicated well. They quoted some repair/replacement work, but they seem to be more expensive than competition.

They did not complete the work. When call to let them know that the system wasn't working at all, they wanted to charge me another fee just to come out. This was back in April and still isn't working. Was not satisfied with their work.
