Blanton's has a vey good reputation for quality work in this area, that's why I was glad to hire. However, they are very expensive. You pay for what you get, I guess. They were unable to fix my electric fireplace, the tech wouldn't even try. But, it took him less that five minutes to replace and repair the GFI that was causing my one electrical outlet to not work. The cost for this was $262.00, including the $78.00 trip fee.

It was a pleasure dealing with them to install my new generator.

I wanted them to see why my electric fireplace kept shutting off after being on for awhile, but they couldn't find out why. They did repair the outlet that didn't have power.

Absolutely professional from beginning to end. In addition used video to explain what they were going to do and why. This is helpful because the property we had the new air conditioner installed was a rental property.

Kevin picked up and installed a Bradford White direct vent gas water heater. Every thing installed was new. He did an excellent job. Hauled away the old gas heater.

Great team work from Proposal to installation of our (2) two heat pumps which are split units.. Customer service was excellent and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend them. Observed neighbors getting new Heat Pumps and it took days. Our upgrade was completed in less than eight hours. Quite pleased.

I needed my to have an annual service completed on my AC unit and Rich did a good job.

The Electrian and plumber both did a great job.

Got home tonight and my air conditioner was not runnning. I went outside and one of the lines going into the ac had ice on it. Sent Blanton's an email and they called me first thing in the morning. Nic came out and advised me on problems he found and recommended work. He also advised on what I should just monitor and not replace at this time. He was friendly, explained everything he found and I did not feel I was being preyed upon when in need.

I called around 1:pm and they were there at the house by 4 p.m. working on the situation. Gave me an estimate first. Told me and showed me what needed to be done and worked very quickly and professionally to complete the job and fix it. Will hire them again in the future if needed.

Service as great just wish I would have had the light fixture when he arrived, I need a new outside light they could have installed by the service man that was here, I wasn't sure that was the problem now switch works but now I have to install my light by myself and I am disabled and can't use a step ladder, I tend to fall, on concrete I wouldn't fair well , I can't afford anymore service calls, looks like I either take the chance, or do without a front porch light that would be my only complaint, which obviously is my problem
