My appt.was from 10-12 but the technician was running late but they sent another tech. Within a reasonable time.

Wasn’t able to replicate the problem so I can’t rate their ability to fix the problem. Getting in touch initially was a pain but once you finally get to someone not from a call center they are extremely courteous and communicative. They charged a $69 dispatch fee for the visit. Plumber was as thorough as you can be without damaging walls. Also a very courteous gentleman.

They came out for a no hot water issue, Unit was just a year old and was concerned there might be something else wrong. Found out that the wires going to the water heater had gone bad. Fixed issue !!!!

They were polite and quick, I would hire them again!

Scotty arrived at the precise scheduled time established. I was comfortable that he was working in my best interest, and it was an overall great experience. I will use this company in the future, and specifically request that Scotty be assigned as the Service Technician.

There was a problem with the scheduling through the home advisors website, but the phone number listed thru the home advisors website was good. I contacted them about my missed appointment and they bent over backward to make sure someone came out to see what I needed. I ended up hiring them, and they did great. Very professional and efficient. They listened to me and gave me what I wanted. As a matter of fact, I am hiring them for another electrical related job, as well as a plumbing job.

Had a "Guardian Air" Air Purification System bulb changed after two (2) years of use. Great system, great company with knowledgeable and friendly staff. "Scotty" came out, installed the bulb and walked me through every question I had and gave me a few with answers that I hadn't though of. Thanks for the Great Service.

Both installers were very polite and citrus. After installing my unit they explained in fine detail how everything worked. Great workers and completed the work fast.
