Blanton's is very expensive, but you get very quality work for the money. I have used Blanton's several times and have always been very satisfied with the work. Would recommend them.

They were excellent !

Pros: They were extremely quick to come out. They were able to start and finish the job within a couple hours. Great service overall Cons: limited on your water heater choices. And they are a little pricey. (You get what you pay for though)

Chris came early and left quickly. He took me through each step of my repairs and kept me informed of everything he and Mike did. I was quite satisfied with the work. I used to have some apprehension about calling in a plumber but I now feel confident in Blanton's and their workers. They stand by their work and promised if anything went wrong, they would return and repair free of charge. That's what I call customer service!

Blanton’s was responsive - had next day availability... called two others that had 2-3 day wait. They gave military discount. Both plumbers were professional in knowledge and appearance.

Electrical work was done right to code. No issues with the job done. Electrician listened to my concerns and instruction. Price was high for the job however as compared to other estimates I received.

Living out of state, Blanton’s HVAC services were easy, stress free, and considerate in keeping costs low. I feel they are very trustworthy and would consider them again.

I needed repairs done quickly. I am located out of state and they were willing to work with me and agents in state to repair my main water line and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. The whole repair took a few hours. I would recommend Blanton’s.

Customer service from the technician sent out was magnificent. The receptionist was so pleasant and they made me feel at ease. I would call them again.

Pricey . Would have to get an estimate prior to further work. Called after pipe burst during extreme cold snap and after 3 days they came and capped the line off at my request. $175.00 later it's fixed but as I said pricey and further business would require estimates and full itemized breakdown of services.

Their technician, Trey was on time and very courteous. He provided a very detailed explanation of the work and gave a very honest recommendation for our situation.

To change out an LED sensor light for the carport was $400. Those lights are at most $80 at Lowes. Why are they quoting so much? And to change out the front doorbell was $190. Prices are extremely high! The technician was nice, as was customer service. In the end they took off $100 from the price because of my complaints, but I'm still not satisfied. I regret calling this company. The work had to be done as quickly as possible so I had to go with them. Unfortunately, they don't tell you prices ahead of time so you either pay them to just do it or you pay them just for going out there and hope you have better luck with another company.
