Larry explained my issues before he began any actual repair work and provided a reasonable quote for the job. He installed a new digital thermostat and help me program the app to connect to the devise and explained how to work it. He had a very pleasant personality and was very professional.

It's always expensive when hiring a plumber! But my Tech was Professional, On Time, and kept me informed about the problem.

Friendly, knowledgeable, good workmanship. Cost prohibitive! I hired an electrician to test our door bell wiring, because it was not working. He tested the wiring, everything was good. That's all I asked him to do. He then proceeded to put in a new door bell without asking if I wanted him to do so. He did not inform me of the cost. After the work was completed he show me the bill of $280 (!) for a door bell! (The same door bell at Lowes is $17.) I said "no". After going back and forth over the price, I got him down to $187. Still outrageous. What I was most perturbed about was that he assumed and didn't ask. I didn't ask him to put in a new door bell. He didn't ask if I wanted one. He didn't tell me what the cost was upfront. NEVER again will I hire Blanton's for anything. In the past, they serviced our heat pumps, until I just couldn't afford them any longer. They do good work, but be prepared for the daylight robbery that follows.

The technicians (we had multiple things going on!) were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable making this company our regular plumbing, electrical and heat and air maintenance and repair company.

Great work and very fast and responsive. Loved that they respected my home by putting on shoe covers. I didn't give 5 stars because I felt their prices were a little high. They do try to upsell services, but aren't overly pushy about it.

Little higher than other vendor quote but they were local and deemed professional. Responsive.
