House has been good since buying. *Edit- Since living in the home for a little over a year now, it has not gone as planned. Small things around the house have broke, such as- the door lock and door knob of front door, the base board around the kitchen cabinets coming off (which were only help on by silicone to begin with), Master shower squeaks when ever someone is in it, HVAC system has had some problems, Kitchen sink sprayer does not work like it should (half the time only a little water will come out of it), carpet coming apart at places where it was seemed, kitchen floor coming up at seems as well.............and well the list goes on. Most of these are not major repairs, however I now have one MAJOR one! MY DRIVEWAY caving in. The ground under my concrete driveway is eroding away because they did not deal with the flow of the water well. As well as the built one side of my ditch about 3 feet out and the other side about 1/2 foot. So where the ditch is there is a huge hole under the concrete. Of course after further looking around they seem to be building a lot of driveways like that around this area. There is a new one they just built that no one has moved into yet, and you can already see a hole forming at the ditch. The driveways are not covered under there one year warranty. So when your problem progresses, and most likely it will, you will end up having to pay out of pocket a couple thousand dollars to fix it and fix it right. Please beware when buying from this buyer!
