Horrible- scheduling was horrible. Scheduled initial tech to tell us that it need to be replaced, we he had not shown we called and were told we were scheduled for day. Have been scheduled two different time and now for the replacement and was rescheduled once halfway through the 4 hour window to only get rescheduled to today. They had not shown up again today and when we called to check we were told they could not come today and that we were scheduled for next week. We are going on three weeks now without A/c and I have a medical condition that worsens in the heat. Not happy!

Our Service Guy Maurice was awesome he was very detailed and explained everything and answered all questions we had.

American Home Shield sent out Jonathan Barchick from Bell Cow (Virginia Beach) in January to look at a shorted out wire for which I paid a copay of $75.00. At the time, the plate with the shorted out wire couldn't be accessed because of the location of my stacked washer and dryer, so Jonathan rerouted everything away from that plate and made sure that I had power back to my stovetop/light/socket and that everything was safe. Unfortunately, the wires shorted out again in April after I had the stacked washer/dryer units replaced with a smaller machine. However, now that the plate could be reached, Jonathan was able to fix the problem and didn't charge for the call since it was related to the previous problem. He was prompt, explained what was wrong and what he was doing each step of the way (both times), and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would describe Jonathan as honest, dependable, and ethical - highly recommended.

Bell Cow was referred to my HVAC troublecall by my home warranty company. Within 30 minutes of entering the troubleticket online I got a call from Butch at Bell Cow (this is on a Saturday, which is miraculous). Butch came out within the hour and QUICKLY repaired my outside unit which had a failed fan motor and a problem with the electrical connection box. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting a call until Monday and figured I would have to miss work during the week for an appointment, but Butch pulled through same-day. As far as service calls go, Butch was professional, friendly, and thorough. To top it off, he called me later in the evening to make sure the unit was still running properly (great follow up!). I couldn't be more satisfied.

Ryan was very pleasant and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He then spoke with me about other services that I could potentially use. Very satisfied.

The unit had a pinhole leak and was about a pound off of Freon. Stop leak was put in and added Freon. Butch was the field service rep and he was professional with what you could tell was inherent knowledge of the HVAC system. He looked at all components and even helped me tape up some ducting that was leaking A/C to the attic. What more can you say for a company who comes out quickly and leaves with all your concerns answered and then some! Great company and better people.

I needed the ballast in my kitchen ceiling light replaced. The first service rep that came out was Jonathan. He explained to me that the equipment I needed, unfortunately he didn't have it in his van and they would have to reschedule. I was fine with that. HIs professionalism made me feel at ease. About an hour later, Jonathan called back and said he was in Home Depot and he saw another Bell Cow service technician an he had the equipment I needed. To make a long story short, Joe came to my home and completed the work order. He was just as pleasant and professional as Jonathan, He had my ceiling light working in 10 min. These guys are the epitome of great customer service. I wish them both well in their future with Bell Cow. You all have real gems working for you. Treat them well !!

Very pleased with the professionalism of Hawk and Roberto for the instillation. They were on time and worked well together. Happy to have heat again.

The technician Maurice was excellent. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes. My four year old was so excited to have the bathroom lights come on he thanked Maurice himself.

The service technicians, Hawk and Roberto, were awesome! They were punctual and efficient. They were also very personable...kept me laughing during the couple of hours they were there resolving my issue. One week without air during the summer was miserable, but I have A/C again!! Woohoo!! My home warranty company sent Bell Cow out and I highly recommend their services.

During the week of an extreme summer heat wave, our AC unit was not able to stay on and would cut out every 5 to 10 minutes during the hottest times of the day. I submitted our home warranty request on Sunday knowing that it was a weekend and probably would not hear from someone until 2 days later. To our surprise, that afternoon we received a phone call from Butch who said he noticed our service request and asked us a few quick questions about our unit. He then gave us a few tips that would help keep the AC running until a service rep arrived. He was truthful, honest, and upfront of what he felt was not a warranty issue. Regardless, his tips saved us from brutal heat for the next day and a half. I called Bell Cow Monday morning to update my contact info. The phone was answered by a 'human' voice - not a teleprompt and the service rep immediately took my information as well as confirming my appointment for the next day. Butch showed up promptly in the morning and was very well mannered. I appreciate his help as well as the team of Bell Cow. Keep up this type of customer service and your business will continue to grow in reputation and growth throughout the area of Hampton Roads! Thank you! P.S. Butch Lancaster and Cosmo Walker were the Bell Cow techs. They were very courteous,knowledgeable,personable and friendly. Butch has been doing this for 40 years and it showed. They started the job and didn't stop untill it was done. I was impressed and will definitely call them in the future for our AC and heating needs.

Bell Cow was extremely easy to work with. I used them through my home warranty company and they came out the next day. Butch was very helpful, and fixed everything right away. He did a through job and I would trust him to work on my AC unit if any problems come up again.

Fast, called before arrival, arrived promptly, Professionally dressed and very knowledgeable. I felt he cared about getting our AC up and running as quickly as possible. There was another issue from a previous companies work he discovered and needed approval to repair but was on top of things. Absolutely recommend BellCow of Raleigh! Terrance was GREAT!!!!

Excellent service provided by Maurice. He was knowledgeable, quick, courteous and friendly. Provided advice on more efficient/effective use of the AC system. Would absolutely use him again.

The technician named Maurice came out to my residence to service my ac unit. He was extremely professional and took time to educate me on why airflow was restricted in my units. Maurice explained how performing monthly maintenance ensures that the units run more efficiently. Thank you Maurice for providing good customer service and taking the time to educate me. Aric was great. He got here 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited. That gave me time to get my money and things together. He explained to me everything that I needed to know about my machine and also directed me and how to better service it for optimum output. He was very professional and courteous.

Nothing has happened to this point. Waiting.......

If at all possible, do not use this company! They have inexperienced technicians and when you call them to let them know that, the MANAGER will tell you that his technicians are human and make mistakes and will question your job performance at your job as if that has anything to do with the lack of knowledge of his technicians. They are unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, especially if I had to pay.
