Technician had to purchase a part;air conditioning unit works fine once work completed.Technician was professional, worked consistently, until task completed; was very pleasant inspite of the extreme hot and humid weather.

Butch fixed our issue in less than 20 min. with his expertise After waiting for three days finally some peace in our house.

He examined the unit and assessed that the relay and blower motor needed to be replaced. He was very informative about how the process was going to work. We have a home warranty and they schedule Bell Cow to come out. We will be requesting them any time we have an ac/heater problem. He was very professional and personable. It will be a pleasure to work with Bell Cow in Chesapeake, VA.

We have a home warranty through American Home shield. About an hour after we put in a service request Bellcow called with a next day appointment. Our appointment was set for 12-3, the Technician Maurice arrived at 12 and was gone by 1245. My air is back on and working great!!

Main lead tech, Ron, did well hooking coil to outside compressor. The asst tech went under house to install new cooling coil to ductwork. He bent ductwork, taped it with insulation tape that connects coil to duct work. He failed to tell main tech what he did, but also main tech failed to check asst tech's work under house. The unit was working when they left. But they only ran it lil bit. Because it was a cool week we did not need to run a/c.. When temp rose, we turned on a/c. Worked for about 2 hours, when air pressure eventually blew insulation tape apart which allowed all the air to go under house. In turn, it froze up cooling coil & compressor. After calling, texting, etc for 3+ days, with no answer or response, we had to call another company to come because we had no a/c. The new company told us what had happened & gave us estimate. We said go ahead because we had no a/c. He went under house, removed bent ductwork with tape still on, & brought to us to see. He replaced the ductwork, & attached ductwork to cooling coil. He ran a system check with professional tools which is how he determined the previous tech added too much freon. So the additional cost for 2nd a/c company was $350. In addition to the already $800 we already paid Bellcow.
