Terry made the initial visit to the house and clearly explained my options (find leak and repair system or install new system). Due to the age of the house (25 years) and the fact that my home still used the increasingly more expensive R22, I decided to go with a new system, after which he showed me prices for several options of brand name. Two days later Vic and James installed the requested system, cleaned the work area, and took away the scrap from the old system, completing the job before the day was over. Within a few hours, the house temperature was as desired. Terry, Vic, and James all answered any questions I had and were professional in every way. They all seem to be excellent representatives of the company.

They performed a tune-up on my central air system. Nothing was wrong with my system however he explained everything he checked to come to that conclusion.

Paid $1,200.00 for a new hot water heater installation and a leaky toilet repair. The hot water heater was left leaking after installation and a second visit was necessary to repair leak. Leaky toilet was never repaired. A different contractor was used to repair leak because the plumber did not have the tools to repair toilet leak. Overcharged for service received. Call Manager, Chris to get another plumber to fix leaks in new hot water heat and get refund for no work done to leaking toilet. Leaking hot water heater repaired, however no refund received to date for charge of leaky toilet that was not repaired. Chris told me he would mail a refund check in the amount of only $100.00 for the leaky toilet that was not repaired. Refund not received to date. Overcharged for hot water heater install. I had to call three time to obtain an invoice/receipt for the services rendered. I will never use company again.

Came fast but did not provide pre-fix estimate OR itemized bill. Bill seemed too high for what was done. Bill did not break down parts versus labor, even after I requested this.

They were efficient and knowledgeable. They had issues to deal with because we are in an old mobile home, but they did a great job and everything is going well.
