They were suppose to come later but he came ealry. I was so thankful bc it was HOt and my A.C. wasn't working. They charged me $144 to put Freon in my A.C. unit which is cheap compared to other companies that charge me $250!... This company is fast, polite and up to date in technology. Payment was a breeze. This is my forever company. I won't use anyone else now!

The technician Mike from Bell Cow diagnosed and isolated my plumbing issue with accuracy. He determined that the problem was with a faulty meter and also added a shut-off valve at the point where the water line enters the premises which will help me identify any future underground water leaks. The company was very professional and I would definitely recommend them for all your future plumbing needs.

The price is expensive, for a part which cost 100 USD, the total come to over 600 Dollars.

Fixed my gas pack issue ahead of scheduled appointment date. Kept me informed throughout of the changes to the schedule. Knowledgeable technician. We will use them for a periodic service contract in the future.

He did a good job. My complaint is he was an hour late for the appt. with no call to notify me.

Bell Cow was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I hired Bell Cow to repair my AC, which was blowing non-cool air during a heat spell. Bell Cow charged me $80 for their initial visit but did not yet do any work to repair my AC. I requested they prepare an estimate for fixing the AC. I haven't received an estimate in writing for fixing my AC. They wanted me to replace my AC instead of fixing my current AC. I discovered that by raising my house's temperature setting of my AC by five degrees (allowing my house to be five degrees warmer than its usually chilly temperature) during the hottest heat spell (96 degrees every day for a week), that that simple (and free) action solved my AC problem; the AC is working fine, cooling the house, and no longer tripping off in the fuse box. I solved my own AC problem / fixed the AC myself. I thought Bell Cow was going to contact me to schedule someone to come out and see my house's AC and electrical systems to see the actual cost (cascading cost effect) of replacing my AC, but I haven't heard back from Bell Cow on that, either. I guess if you ask me if I would refer this company to others, I'd say that I'm not sure. I appreciate that it's probably ideal to replace an old AC with a new AC if a customer has endless supplies of money and resources, but if a customer is on a budget and if AC replacement with a new AC causes extra electrical upgrade expenses and is not really necessary to cool the house, it is not worth it to me to do that. I'm not sure whether Bell Cow does good work or not because, though I hired them and paid them something to repair my AC, they haven't done any work yet and haven't given me any proposals / estimates in writing to do any work even though I asked for that.

good job. Came out next day to replace hot water heater

I was without AC for 1 week. I really don't believe in this day and age of communication it takes 1 week for a part I needed to arrive. Plus I called them almost every day to communicate, well maybe tomorrow. Never again.

Fast and responsive. Came the next day. A little pricey, but they got the job done!
