Steven did a great job, he was on time and left the garage clean as it was when he arrived.

$200 seemed to be a bit steep for 25 minutes of work replacing the blow-out valve on my water heater, but then I've never had this sort of problem before in 67 years. I'll just call it "tuition" because now I know exactly what to do myself.
