Great work and service!

I am happy to share with you why I cancelled my maintenance contract with Bell Cow and why it cost me almost $10,000 to learn a very hard lesson from dealing with them. First, several times I complained to Bell Cow that I kept smelling a sour/dirty sock smell whenever I turned the A/C on with my HVAC unit (which I bought from them!). They would send people out, but never did solve the problem. Oh, they would clean the coils alright, then leave. But, the problem has persisted now for over two years. So, I turned to others for help and learned there is a bacteria that will grow on the HVAC coils and cause the odor (supposedly a common problem with Heat Pumps/HVAC) until specially treated. I also learned Bell Cow technicians failed to point out and fix other issues I was having with my HVAC unit, such as the caulking on the apron needing to be replaced to prevent water intrusion, some ducting tears that need to be fixed, etc. I also learned that they used duct tape to seal connections between my new HVAC unit instead of using the required proper materials, casings, etc. Very shoddy work!!! Lastly, at no time during my 4 year association with Bell Cow did any of their people ever circle back with me to see if I was satisfied with their service, had any questions, or had any other needs. In addition, they never provided me with the name of a single point of contact who I could call if and when I did have a need, problem, or question. So, I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Like the old saying goes, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! Bell Cow is just another big company that talks the talk, but does not walk the walk.

Aaron Franklin was amazing. He replaced both my hot water heater and my garbage disposal! He spotted additional issues that the previous owner who installed the previous hot water heater has done incorrectly, fixed them, and even answered an additional question a few days later that I had. He was very professional, nice, and honest.

My overall experience from start to finish was excellent. They provided all requests in the repairs to an excellent standard.

Aaron did a great job, he was very friendly and courteous throughout and got the job done in quick time, even though he was presented with some challenges, also gave a full and clear explanation of what was wrong and how he solved it.

They didn't try to upsell me and explained their work and the easy fix for my problem.

The plumber who repaired our.sink faucets was personable and professional.

Christian did a great job, was friendly and courteous throughout and got the job done in quick time, also gave a full and clear explanation of what was wrong and how he solved it.

Our tech was really nice and the customer service was great. The only negative was we were told it would be at max 3 hours but he was here for 7 which screwed up our plans for the day. Our tech had to leave 2 different times to get more material and it was over an hour long each time. But he was a nice guy which made it better.

Eliseo Perez did the work and he was great! He was efficient , organized, creative and most of all courteous. It was a great experience. I only wish I could count on getting him at any time I need him on future projects. Thanks for having such a great guy on your staff! Russell Bradley

Our technician, Christian, was superb. He was professional, competent, and went above and beyond to ensure our problems were resolved expeditiously. I also commend them for their customer service. Sarah was very courteous and responsive. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They were courteous, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The Technician Mike was very upfront and thorough. I have contacted other companies for the same job and Bell Cow not only called me promptly but serviced me the same day.
