Excellent young man took care of everything for me even though my dog was being a pain in the britches. Cleaned up after and I would hire again for another project.

The plumber showed up...viewed the job...gave me an unusually high amount for the work involved...the work took less than 30 minutes and I was charged $481...I believe this is a perfect example of price gouging.

Work was done well, had to be spread out over a week, time-wise because it was during Christmas Break and inspectors were not available. Price was a little higher than other estimates, but they were first available to do the work of installing a water line from the street to my house.

I called to say that I wanted my system checked and my filters changed. Apparently, they do not do that... so, I was charged 90 some dollars for five minutes of a young mans time to tell me that he could not work on that. My husband has listed things with Angis list and they always give free quotes. I was under the assumption this would be a free quote since no work was done however I was asked to pay a $95 service fee. Which I find to be ridiculous considering they did nothing. Needless to say I am not happy.

Brad came as scheduled, diagnosed and explained what was going on with options. All done within an hour or so. Things are working great. Will go back for some enhancements soon.

Very quick! We had a tankless water heater installed and they did a great job!

Price is high but you get the problem corrected. Elesio Perez was and is excellent. Consider the price will be high. The mistake I made was when I heard that Terminix would need to come, I considered that added cost and did not do all the new code upgrades. Do what is right while he is there. I did not hire Terminix. Their price was outrageous. Elesio is good and kind.

They did a good job quickly. I felt they could have done a "better" job. They should have informed me up front that a 39 yr old house may need new wiring for the hot water heater's today. When cutting holes through 5/8" sheetrock, they could have cut perfect squares, so the holes could be easily patched when they were finished. The water shut off valve for the house had to be re-routed, as it was not accessible.The new hot water heater was wider than the old one, blocking access to the water shut off valve. All things considered, I spent over $800 more than expected.....which is why I rated them a 4 and not a 5.

They came out to fix a gas leak and rework gas piping installed incorrectly by Ryan homes. It was against the cold water line and created a problem accessing the regulator valve. The technician did the work quickly and effectively and allowed me to have hot water and no gas leak. I would hire again no doubt

They kept me informed about roadblocks in the repair process and provided solutions that help my family still use the facilities while adapting to changes in the project.

Good job, fast response, easy to work with. Project (converting propane connections to natural gas) has only been partially completed due to hot water heater leak that became an emergency. Technician replaced heater, upgraded piping to support NG allowing gas company to install NG meter and get us back online with hot water. Remainder of project will be scheduled when underground lines are marked and ordered materials arrive.

Work was good, customer service good. But I was over charged. I knew it from beginning. But the first two companies never showed for estimate. So I paid the high price because I felt no one else would do the small job. I don't blame bell cow. I needed job done asap.
