Bath Elements was very professional! Gave a detailed estimate and stuck to it. They were friendly, helpful and did a great job!

Well we called them out to the house to do a total remodel of our master bath. After the first meeting to look at the bathroom and give the estimate was canceled due to and quot;computer issuesand quot; they were late for the second meeting. I actually liked what they had to say about the bathroom and the work that was going to be done. Also how they were going to do the work. After a week of no contact from them I called to see about financing options. He advised me that it would be better to get financing on my own. Because their bank that they would go through had high interest rates. Understood and appreciated, I went out and got the financing for the bathroom. Got a loan for 18,000 dollars. The day I was approved for the loan 2 days after our conversation, I called and said we are ready to move forward. He said he would be in contact with me on dates we would sit down and finalize the plans. I never heard from them again. To this day I haven't gotten a call or email nothing. Even after multiple attempts to get in contact. I wanted a new bathroom done but I'm not gonna beg someone to take my money! So my opinion of this company is that if you are not willing to spend more than 18,000 dollars they don't want your business. I would think in today's economy 18,000 would be welcome. Apparently not. Come to find out the price they were going to charge us was 3 thousand dollars more than another company in the area for the same work. Would not use them for any work in the future and have advised two of my friends who were looking to do the same type of work in their house not to use this company. Not only did you loose 18,000 dollars Now you've lost 60,000 and potentially more. Hope you find this post useful!

They are very professional and educated. The technician's name is Jason. This is the first time I have done a remodeling. I had three estimates and they were almost all the same; so I guess that is the range. I will use them again in the future.
