Very Unprofessional, was told everything was ok and the loan could not close due to her oversight. She had 6 weeks to do this versus the usual 30 days .We were supposed to close on the 17th and did not close until the 21st We are a military family so timing is everything Her bank manager did give us extra money to compensate for the expenses incurred considering we had already insured the property the utilities and the loaded trucks ready to move. But even after that she tried to pass the blame on to others and caught her in several lies. Do not use this loan processor I suggest if you use bank of America which otherwise was great. Go with another processor. Also repairs were to have been made prior to closing by Bank of America since this was a foreclosure we closed a week ago and the repairs have still not been made. One is a fence which is inconvenient considering we have dogs. We have been through this procedure before as we have purchased and sold houses before but I have never dealt with anyone who will not return your calls, rather send you a text. She was always unavailable and out of the office.
