 + 1 moreWe were really pleased with them. We had another contractor who did not do well. B & E Home Improvement Company came in and basically finished the work and cleaned things up. They were very good. They were very down to earth people. They have been more than eager. It was really a touchy situation for us. They were very compassionate about that. They were very clean and they did good work. They were honest people. They were very prompt. If we had any questions about something they were very eager to answer it. They went out of their way. The windows that the original contractor had installed had gaps in them. These guys came in and they just fixed all that. There were areas around the windows that needed to be sealed and they did all that. They were just very good. I was satisfied with their price.
Description of Work: B & E Home Improvement Company did some improvements for us at my house. We had tornado damage.

 + -1 moreEver since the tornado, we have felt like we have been in the perfect storm. When B&E came along, it was like a breath of fresh air.
Description of Work: We were victims of the tornadoes that swept through the area on 16 April. We hired a company to make the repairs and also add on to the house. The contractor left us in a bind in that he failed to complete the work. The windows he ordered were improperly measured and were really too small for the opening thus leaving gaps. The windows also had to be wrapped and caulked. We contacted the window manufacturer to obtain a referral of someone qualified to install their product. After a few phone calls, we met Eugenia Nave who works with her father, Bruce. Bruce & Eugenia came to our home and checked all the windows and various other things which needed to be finished that our contractor had left us hanging with. B&E removed each window, repaired the areas, properly installed the windows, wrapped them and did all the caulking for 14 windows. The were incredibly neat and quick. Everthing was done in 2 days. B&E are knowledgeable, polite, punctual, honest and just the nicest people you ever want to meet. They even installed our new storm door and wrapped 3 garage doors.
