+ -1 moreMy realtor recommended Ark. I was a bit surprised that the initial estimate was so much. After seeing everything they did to my house, and the quality of the work I am a bit surprised they were able to do it for only that much. They replaced all rotted wood, and there was a considerable amount, they cleaned and scraped the siding, primed and painted. They even pressure washed the mildew off of my chimney, and that was not part of the contract. Every member of their crew was very courteous and willing to please. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking home painting.

Description of Work: They painted my house, replaced my outside lights with the ones I purchased and did the same with the shutters. They prepped my house prior to painting and did an excellent job!
