Description of Work: My dishwasher seal had come loose and was causing water to stand in it. Appliance Doctor fix the seal and cleaned the traps free of charge. He also taught me what to do to prevent it from happening again. Can't remember the exact date, but it was around April/May time frame.

Description of Work: We have used this service a number of times, and were very satisfied. HOWEVER, we called him today to work on our electric range, which he has repaired twice before, and he refused to come. He said he didn't want to hurt his back. So if you are looking for someone to repair an appliance which would require bending, etc., he is no longer the one to call. I guess it's time to find a new repairman. By the way, I am sure that his refusal to come was not because of anything we have done. All our dealings with him have been very positive.

+ -1 moreCalled in the morning, he was able to come before lunch. Came in, assessed problem, replaced part and was finished within 20 minutes. Overall, a very nice man. Felt very comfortable and safe with him in my home with me and my small children. Very professional and most importantly...I had my washer back in less than 3 hours after calling!
Description of Work: My washer needed repair, would not spin or drain. Replaced the lid switch.

+ 4 moreI trust this man! He is the only one I call when I have a problem. He told me that the dishwasher was just fine and told me not to use so much detergent! He did not charge me for that one. I keep his magnet on my door just in case. He is a really great, plain-spoken guy!
