+ -1 moreThe young women who took my initial phone call was very friendly and professional. They were able to give me an appointment in a timely manner. When the gentleman came to my home he was right on time to assess the job. He was very professional and helpful and made me aware that they would replace the glass in the doors as carefully as possible but there would probably need to be some paint touchup that would be unavoidable because of removing the old glass. I commented that I anticipated this and that it was not a problem as the doors are in need of a new coat of paint. When they came to do the job, they were punctual and worked quickly but carefully to remove the old glass. They also made sure that I was completely happy with the work and pointed out any small spots where the paint was unavoidably chipped to remove the old glass. I have to say there was MINIMAL chipping of the existing paint. I was totally amazed at what a wonderful job they did at removing our old fogged double paned glass! I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: Replaced double pane glass in one double hung window and 3 full length doors.

+ -1 moreI had an appointment and they never called and never showed up. I waited all day (appointment was between 1-5pm) and they were a no show. I specifically set this date (national holiday) because the company only provides service from 9-5, M-F. I work during those times so it's not convenient for me. Now I will use another company.
Description of Work: He did not show up for the appointment. they were supposed to give me estimates for repair on furniture damaged during a military move by the movers.

+ -1 moreWe broke a pane of glass in one of our double glazed windows. I tried the builders, the building supply company and several other companies, none of whom could help me and told me that I would need to have the entire window replaced. I was recommended to call AllState Glass by a friend. They were very helpful and courteous. They told me to take the unit in and to see what they could do. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I took the window in. The next day I had the unit back with new glass in it, all fixed and functional for only $58 Wonderful service.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken double glazed glass unit.

Description of Work: After having called several glass replacement companies and not receiving any calls back, I fortunately called Allstate Glass. We live on a golf course and although it is very nice, there is the problem of golf balls coming through windows. This is what happened in our master bedroom. I started calling various companies only to have empty promises of call backs or leaving messages on phones which were not returned. When I called Allstate, a very professional receptionist took my information and had a serviceman at my home within an hour!! He also was very professional in delivering his inspection and quote. We scheduled the installation and they were again prompt and courteous. The service man cleaned up after himself and required me to instinct his work before he left to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, we will probably have to use them again in the future as golfers will still be a part of our lives but I feel very fortunate to have found Allstate Glass for any future repairs.
