The guys who cut the trees down did a great job. They expertly laid the trees down and cleaned up all branches. I will definitely call them when I need more trees cut down.

It went very well. Allen Tree Inc. brought an A-Team of personnel and specialized equipment that safely and efficiently removed our hazardous trees, did some miscellaneous trimming and cleaned up completely at the conclusion of the work. The entire process from the estimate to the safe and efficiently conducted removal operation was first rate and we will not hesitate to utilize Allen Tree Inc. in the future.

I could not have more praise for the knowledge and professionalism of this hard-working crew. It is rare to see in this day and time people working together so well and assisting one another. Any miscalculation could have injured themselves or damaged my property or my neighbor's properties as these were very tall trees in a confined area. Heavy equipment was used and everything was turn key. When the crew left, unless someone was aware of the exact location of the trees removed, there was no evidence that such a major undertaking of such large trees and branches had occurred.

Had used Allen Tree in the past and was very satisfied, so requested a quote for more work. Rebecca Allen made an extra effort to come out and to have a look, and she emailed me an estimate twenty-four hours later. I had two other businesses lined up to give estimates and when I gave a courtesy call to let Mrs. Allen know that I had chosen to go with a different tree service, she told me not to ever call them again. She made some other remarks, which I won't repeat, but they were disparaging of other companies. I was very surprised at the lack of professionalism, since I had used them previously and was very satisfied with their work and with the customer service.

They did that, they did the cleanup and they did a very professional job. There was nothing to dislike. I liked the fact that they came out, gave me an estimate, and worked around my time frame. When they did show up, they did everything that day. They had a crew in my backyard to the removal there and another crew in my front yard to do the removal there. They had all the equipment, they had everything weighed and they did everything professionally. They were very professional. I was very happy with the cleanup. Most time, you don’t get people who do that. They came through and they did what they said they would do. They had to remove part of my fence, trim the tree that was falling on to my neighbor’s property, put the fence back in and do all the cleanup in their property and clean up in my property. They even cleaned up the debris off the streets. When they left, it didn’t even look like something had happened. They did an excellent job. They ground the stump down and you wouldn’t even notice the trees were there. That is what I liked the most, the details of the follow-up.

Called on a tuesday for estimate to remove tree. Was informed by lady that they were doing my neighbors yard the following Monday. Since they were going to be in neighborhood anyway I'd have to wait until then for estimate. Meanwhile I continued searching other companies. Found a very professional company that removed the tree on friday. Meanwhile I talked to the neighbor about what had happened. They informed me that yes they had a verbal agreement with Allen to remove some trees from their yard and told me how much they were going to have to pay, $1900.00. My cutter contacted them and saved them over half the quoted price. They canceled Allen and went with him. On the monday I was originally suppose to get the quote from Allen I received a call from the Lady at Allen. This was at 4:30 pm. She informed me that the neighbor had cancelled and what I needed to do was wait and see who they hired and get a quote from them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It seems they base their prices on what kind of motorhome you have in your backyard. The odd thing is that when she came out to give my neighbor the quote, she mentioned that my tree was dead and needed to be brought down...therefore she didn't need to come back out to give me a quote. She already knew! I quess she wanted to see what kind of vehicles I might have before she socked it to me.

Mr. Allen, the owner of the company showed up with his work crew and all the equipment needed for removal of a tree and grinding of the stump. The owner worked along side his crew which I believe is how you earn the utmost respect from your crew and the crew will perform even better. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Mrs. Allen is also fabulous with her customer service. Will definitely use this company again.

The owner of the company and his crew showed up on time and brought all the equipment needed for the job. Mr. Allen supervised the project from start to finish, even offering to add the unplanned project to the same-day schedule. The crew exhibited competent skills in what can be a dangerous occupation. Being a former mountain climber, I appreciated the climbing abilities shown by crew members. Safeguards were taken to prevent property damage, and they disposed of all the debris. I would use this company again.

He was very professional and he did a good job. It took them about two days and cleaned up everything. I called other companies for quotes, and Allen Tree Service was the cheapest.

They did an excellent job and did not damage any part of my home in the process. They cleaned the mess after the work and you never knew they were there. They did an excellent job with cutting down the trees and a suburb job of cleaning the mess. I was more than satisfied with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.
