These guys were sent out to my home by American Home Shield. They came out and told me the leak was coming from my heating unit. Come to find out, it was coming from a pipe NEXT to my unit. They misdiagnosed the problem AND left the pipe leaking under my home. Referred it out as a hvac issue. They had to be re-sent back to my home and gave no rhyme or reasons as to why the pipe was not fixed on the initial visit. They didn't bother to do their due diligence to find out the source of the leak. Because of their misdiagnosis, it almost costs me $12,000 in a new hvac system that was not needed. Will never use their services again.
Description of Work: Needed a leaking pipe under the house needed repairing. Said it wasn't a plumbing issue, left the pipe spitting out water only to find out 5 days later it was a plumbing issue. My home warranty company had to send them back out to fix what should have been fixed the first time... not to mention the water leaked for 5 days under my home. Will not use their services again.

Horrible experience! Called my home warranty that assigned them to me and asked that we never be assigned this company again. The technician was polite and professional, but what he told me and what he told the home warranty company were two different things, so now my home warranty won’t cover it. And when I called All American Plumbing to resolve the issue, they refused to answer any of my questions and I was yelled at. The manager did nothing to help the situation, just defended her rude and unprofessional employees. And said that I was in fact rude. Apparently, asking questions is rude because they have 500 service requests and are understaffed. So you might as well take your business elsewhere, as they’ve let me know they are too busy. By the way one of my plumbing issues was caused by them. They replaced my hot water heater two years ago and the pilot light is faulty. So instead, of let those of us with these hot water heaters know, they are letting us figure it out on our own and wait weeks to be resolved. Let your home warranty know and request another vendor. Don’t subject yourself to their hatefulness and belittling. It’s not worth it!
Description of Work: Leaking drainage pipes, replacement of hot water heater pilot light.

They were incapable of opening the cities clean out and did not fully search my property for a cleanout that is from my home alone. My gate was locked so they never looked in my back yard or in my basement. When he said they couldn't do it I asked the tech to wait until I called my home Warranty company and see what I needed to do, the provider said "okay I'm gonna step out to my truck for a moment." The next thing I knew he was in his truck and driving off! I called the office to let them know of the incident and the owner said "okay whatever" and hung up the phone. NEVER USE THE COMPANY!
Description of Work: I had sewer backing up into my home through a shower due to a blockage in my sewer lines.

Service with this company to fix leaking toilet coordinated by Old Republic Home warranty. Called to set up appointment and confirmed appointment time between 8-12. Waited around but company was a no-show. Tried to call them but only got a message that said that mailbox was full and could not leave message. Finally contacted them regarding failure to show and they could not come that day. Had to reschedule for two days later. When they finally got there, they did a good job. But given the difficulty experienced, I'd have to say that they rate "Abysmal" in terms of customer service/repsonsiveness. Would not use this company again and would not recommend to anyone.

The plumbing was a bit of a disappointment. It actually cost me quite a bit of money because I paid the plumber who came out after them out of my own pocket. All American Plumbing said the clog I had could not be cleared out and that I had to go through the roof vent to do it. They did not have the tools. The tools they had were really lousy and the guy was bad. On the first job, my copay was just $60. I would not mess with them. They are just not very good. I would absolutely not recommend All American Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. They were responsive but the plumber kept complaining about his own problems. Ultimately, I went to another plumber to go into the drain and clear it out completely the original way without having to go through the roof.
Description of Work: All American Plumbing came out twice on two different jobs. We had them out to work on some issues for us. They had to replace the spigot on the first job, and the second time around, it was to clear a clogged pipe.

This morning the tenant called me to inform me the plumber had left a note on the door saying they had rung the doorbell at 8:06AM and then left when there was no answer. Both she and her daughter were at home at the time and neither one heard a knock or doorbell. The plumber called me at 8:15AM to inform me that they had left when they received no answer at the door. I asked why I wasn't called 30 minutes prior as promised so I could call the tenant and was told rudely that they never told me they would call me prior. I reminded him that he had but he insisted that he hadn't so I had no choice but to contact AHS to schedule another appointment (and pay another service fee). Due to the company's failure to keep their promise to call me ahead of time and their rudeness I asked that the repair be assigned to another company which they did. Once the repairs are completed I will provide feedback on that experience as well.
Description of Work: I called American Home Shield (AHS) to have a toilet leak repaired in a condo I manage. They assigned the work to All American Plumbing and said they could do the repair between 8-12 the following day (today). I explained that the tenants worked and could not stand by that long. They promised to call me 30 minutes prior which was a big help since the tenant worked only a 15 min drive away and could leave and be there before the plumber arrived.

The plumber arrived right on time and got to work. He had been to my house before on another call and did an outstanding job on that call. He noted that the drain was badly clogged and tried to use a very powerful acid which did not clear the drain. He brought in an electric snake which was in very poor condition. He removed the p-trap and tried to unblock the drain with his snake. This also failed and he told me that the drain would have to blown out and his company did not have the equipment to do that. He then told me that the owner would call my warranty company to get a company out to clear the drain. About an hour later, the warranty company called to tell me that it would not pay for drain clearing through the roof vent. I told them that I wanted a second opinion from another company before the cost would be paid by me. They dispatched Nichols Plumbing and I will write a report on their work. The All American plumber then left without clearing the drain.
Description of Work: I had a badly clogged kitchen drain that I was unable to clear. I contacted my home warranty company and they dispatched a plumbing from this firm.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced an outside hose bib that was leaking. American Home Shield dispatched the plumber which cost $60 only to discover that the job was not covered by the home warranty so I had to pay $60 for the service call which made the job more expensive than anticipated. This was not the plumber's fault. The plumber arrived right on schedule and quickly did the repair. No problem with the plumbing company at all.
