Description of Work: My husband and I were looking to buy a house in the Fayetteville area while I was visiting from Missouri. We only had 2 1/2 weeks to find a house that fit our needs. Luckily, I stumbled upon Eddie's name while researching houses in the Fayetteville market. Immediately upon calling him, he was more than happy to help me with our search. I mentioned that we didn't have a real estate agent and were new to the buying market. He provided us with numerous listings and quickly set up a time for us to get together to view available properties. The one thing that I absolutely loved about Eddie is that he is very honest with you about the home buying process. He doesn't beat around the bush and lets you know how the process will work. He educated us on the home buying process and at no point did we feel we were being taken advantage of because of our lack of experience. We learned more about byuying a house than we had anticipated and always left smiling and confident in having picked Eddie. If we have to sell our house, we most certainly will use Eddie again. We can't stop singing his praises!
