All American Chem Dry

I recently bought a new to me, used car and wanted it to look like it should. I've had high end detailer's work on my previous cars in other parts of the country, due to being military I get moved around a lot, and was skeptical about finding someone in Fayetteville who could do a good job. I found Auto Envy through a certain product manufacture's website locator (I won't get into the product or the website but usually, only detailers who are good are able to be put on it). Seriously impressed on the outcome of the car and the fact that the product he uses carries a 5 year nationwide warranty, I know it's a good deal. Car looks better than most car's I've seen that have been pulled straight from the trailer. A must if you have a black car. Owner also offered a military discount without even me asking for it which is also pretty top notch. Will go to him for all my detailing needs in the future and highly recommend him. If you check out the website his pictures can speak more about their work than I can. My only complaint is the shop is a little dingy and he admitted that he was in a bind when he had to find something. but all of his tools and towels are immaculate.

Tech arrived on time and was polite and professional. He went through the house with me and in the end, showed me ALL the pet urine stains in the house with the black light. I approved the work to be done after receiving the quote and left him to it. ( I will say the only gripe I had was the price. It was expensive but I'll get to that later) The tech moved all his equipment in and started cleaning. He moved through the house fairly quickly and didn't feel intrusive like when some other people have done work at the house. The tech instructed me that the areas where the pet stains were, needed to be kept moist for at least a day, but the carpets would be dry in a couple hours. I didn't believe him. He proved me wrong. No kidding the carpets were dry in less than two hours (other than the pet stain areas that he covered in plastic). I would def recommend and refer Chem-Dry to any of my friends. Their price is high but like the old saying goes; You get what you pay for. Oh and the Pet urine smell is gone. No cover-up smell or fragrance. Just gone. Highly impressed.
