The house is older so they had to do a lot of work. They did a WONDERFUL job! My Mother said she couldn't imagine it being any better. They were very professional.

In April 2012, we hired Affordable Concrete and CO to pave our driveway that was 14 x 34 slab that would be 3 1/2' thick. My initial meeting with Mr. Raymond was pleasant. I showed him the area and he gave me a quote. He had been the lower price of the other contractors, and he had a contract agreement, so I went with him. He came out, with a few other guys, and completed the driveway. Not knowing a lot about concrete, I wasn't sure what to look for at the time, but now realize it wasn't leveled off or done in a professional manner. Though it stated on the terms and conditions the boards would be removed 72 hours after the concrete was placed, he removed them as soon as the job was finished, not having any immediate need to return. After the first rain, I realized what a poor job he had done, so I called him back to come fix it. I tried calling him for a week and could not reach him. He did not contact me until my father called to see why he wasn't returning my phone calls. After that phone call, he text me to say he would be there the next morning in which I told him I would be out of town. He went to look at it and sawed a line through the middle of the most problematic area. While this help drain some of the huge puddle, it did not fix all of the problems. So I called back and got no call in return. After my husband returned from a deployment, he continued calling Mr. Raymond and received no call back. 8 months later, we cannot reach him and are taking other measures. Mr. Raymond Rowe and I both signed a contract that states the workmanship warranty is good for one year from completion of the job. I am disappointed in the job that was done. My driveway has no curves or hills, so the job should have been fairly easy, but the quality of the final product was definitely poor.
