A/C TECH

Let me start by saying that my experience with AC tech has been a great one. Before I called AC Tech I went through two other companies; Blanton's and Best Air. The tech from best air told me that the unit wasn’t getting power (which I knew it was) then charged me $75.00 for that useless advice. The tech from Blantons at least spent an hour troubleshooting the system before he told me this one was too old (8 years) for repair and that he recommended I purchase an entirely new system. The people from AC tech greeted me as a husband and wife team, and immediately said that I needed a little Freon which they added for me. While adding the Freon he found out that the problem was something totally different that needing a little Freon, he thought that one of the pipes may be clogged and that was something he didn’t have time to do that day but offered to come out on a day that he would have more time. Since he technically didn’t fix the problem that he thought I had, he didn’t charge me for the 2 pounds of Freon he added to my system and just told me to recommend them to people I meet. Simply the most professional AC people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with to date, I will be using them in the future.

My unit began freezing up every other day or so. I knew my drainage line was clogged and I thought that was the issue. When A/C Tech arrived it took no time at all for them to clear the drainage line and find out that I was very low on freon. They cleaned my unit (both inside and out) and gave me a freon charge. Not only that, they discovered a water leak underneath my home and I was able to have that attended to before it caused a lot of extra damage. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and when they finished I could not even tell they had been there because there was no mess left behind. I will definitely call A/C Tech for all my heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I called the hottest day in the summer, A/C TECH was at my house with in the hour. Had my A/C working the best it ever has. Thank You A/C TECH.
