What made them a great roofing service is their professionalism. They came out and they were quick coming out giving an estimate and getting the work done. They answered all of our questions and it’s just the quality of work.

REPLACED THE ROOF AND WE THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. NOT ABLE TO GET ON THE ROOF MYSELF I HAD TO TRUST HIM. ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER THE ROOF LEAKED . I CALLED HIM TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND HE WOULD SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. I AM HIRING ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR THE CEILING AND ROOF. UPDATE 4/19/10: ABC HOME IMPROVMENTS HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE LEAK AND SAYS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
Description of Work: REPLACED ROOF. ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER THE ROOF LEAKED AND RUINED A POPCORN BLOWN CEILING. EVERYTIME I CALLED HIM HE WOULD SET A TIME TO COME AND CHECK IT OUT. BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP. HE IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. I HAD TO HIRE SOME ONE ELSE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE.
