They were all over the place. Apparently, they had poor communication between the business owner and the operator. They had the wrong address. They had bad information, and they took care of the information already. It was a bad mess. They took care of it, and gave us an discount for it.

They were the cheapest one for the initial visit; they charged about $1,000. I had called around and they had the best price. Other major competitors were going to charge me way beyond that. They've always got there when they say they're going go out there. The ladies that work in the office there are just kind of like country home. I actually had to call them when we sold the house to get a report. She emailed it immediately to me. There wasn't any waiting around.

The technician, Chris, showed up at exactly 2:00 pm, as scheduled. He asked if I had seen any pests in my home and asked me what they were. He then explained what he would be doing, told me about the application process including drying time and gave me safety tips for my pets and children. He sprayed inside my home and was going to spray outside, but suspected (correctly) that it was going to rain soon and did not spray because the product would not have proper drying time therefore compromising its efficacy. Chris returned today and sprayed outside all around my home, giving extra attention to my children's play set in the back yard. This is the second time I have used AAA and they are wonderful, from the sweet lady who schedules the appointment to the professionalism of the technician who comes to your home. I went ahead and signed up for quarterly service and would highly recommend AAA for anyone looking to safeguard their home against pests.

The AAA exterminator was on time, they were waiting for me at the the bottom of the driveway when I pulled in. He was very knowledgeable, polite and got started right away even putting booties on his shoes not to get the newly cleaned carpets dirty. The whole process was very quick inside and outside done in aprox. 20min.

The estimate and evaluation went fine, although we thought we might be able to find a different estimate for less cost. We were advised to subscribe to exterminating services year round. We ended up not purchasing that home. 5 months later, we received a bill for $55 from this company for the estimate, with a note saying that if we didn't pay in 30 days that we would begin being charged $55 per month in addition to the original charge thereafter. I would have appreciated a phone call, or better yet,to have been notified of this up front back in July 2012. It just didn't seem professional to slap a charge on us out of the blue. I feel the company did this because they were disatisfied that we didn't subscribe to their plan. The day of the estimate, they were punctual and spent ample time discussing extermination. I rated and quot;Responsivenessand quot; as a and quot;Cand quot; because of the lack of communication about the apparent money that we owed. Had we known to discuss finances at the time of the estimate, we would have done so. We aren't characterized by using other people/businesses with no compensation, and we also tend to pay bills promptly and appropriately. This situation transpired due to miscommunication and lack of communication. I recommend that other customers be proactive about communicating cost of services with this company up front, because based on our experience, this company has trouble thoroughly informing customers up front.

They are very honest and they tell me if there are termites or not. They show up on time and they do an excellent job.

My husband chose them because they were local and they were familiar with the area. It is just one man who comes and he is really respectful. My husband is in Afghanistan, so I am leery of having men to do work. My husband spoke with him prior to leaving for Afghanistan, and he doesn't even approach the doorway, he stays out and he does a great job. He is helpful and answered all our questions when we were doing the initial walk through. I feel real comfortable with him. I don't have anything to compare their price with, so to me it doesn't seem that expensive. But I have no basis for that knowledge; I have never had to hire pest control before. I think their price is fine. My next appointment is in a couple of weeks. We would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them so it is $100 a year. If they find a termite, then they with retreat my home. They are excellent. We have used them for 20 years and they have always been very professional and very prompt. If they say they are coming at a specific time, then they are there. I will use them in the future for termite control.

They were excellent. They were good. They were on time. They were efficient. They were very affordable. They were very personable. They got to me the same day.

Overall, it was a good experience using AAA Exterminating. After the inspection, they sent a copy of the report to me that day.

The technician drilled holes for about an hour in the foundation of my home. He spent about as much time filling the holes and ensuring that the cement set and was clean and dust free when he left. The treatment itself didn't take as long and he cleaned up everything and even tacked my trim back where he'd worked near my kitchen window. Excellent job!

We like AAA because they are reliable and they clean-up well after they have completed their work. We will continue to use their service in the future.
