It didn't go well. He didn't show up until 4 in the afternoon, left my house several times and I don't know why. He put the door in but it's so close to the porch floor that it scratches the wood. This handyman is not handy. His work is very sub-par. There are bent nails in the woodwork, the bottom of my new door is bent up. Don't hire this handyman.

Contacted me to set up quote of job. Did the job that day. Very knowledgeable of work needed. Professional. Came in with respect by wearing his mask. Beautiful finish. Absolutely 💯 will and have recommend this company. Another thing. Pricing was amazing. Thank you

It didn't go well. Mr. Wirth showed up late every day he was supposed to come, and on one day, he didn't bother to show up at all. He has excuses for everything. His mother is sick, his child does not have someone to take care of her are personal problems that have nothing to do with the work he promised to do for me. He complained of needing me to pay for his gas to drive down here. No one paid for my gas when I had to go to work. He left bent nails in the door frame, there is a huge gap between the flooring and the door frame on the bottom. He left a horrible mess on my deck and nails all over my yard. He whines about problems that should not concern me and lied about his ability to do the work he said he could do. I wouldn't hire him again.

I signed a contract with Craig Wirth of Michelle Rose Home Solutions and paid 1/2 of the contracted amount. Contractor Craig Wirth was to complete the work during the week of 8/12/19. He did not show up any of the days he promised to be at my home and after numerous promises, text messages, phone calls and excuses from Mr. Wirth; my work was never done. He made numerous promises that he would at my home but never did. He also promised to return my money after making comments like, he is not trying to keep my money and he is "not a bad person"; he still has not returned my money. I will be reporting him to BBB, Consumer Protection's fraud unit and taking him to small claims court to get my money back. DO NOT contract with him or this company to do any work for you because he will take your money and you will not receive any service from him. I'm disappointed that Angie's List still has him listed as a certified contractor on their website. I am extremely disappointed in Angie's List and will never trust or use them again. **** 9/16/19 In response to Mr. Wirth's comments, if he "had no issue refunding the money at all", why hasn't he done so? As of today's date, I DO NOT have the money he claimed he returned to me to my address. He was to begin on Tuesday, August 13th per our agreement because I had to take my brother to Chapel Hill for his cancer treatment and he knew that and agreed to start on Tuesday, August 13th. Yes, the week starts on Sunday and you were to have completed the job no later than Saturday, August 17th. Had you started the work on Friday and completed it by Saturday, you would have completed it by your own deadline. You had not started as of Friday, August 16, 2019, so yes I told you "No" because you said it was a 2-day job. I did not want you to start on Saturday because I attend church on Sundays and I was not changing that for you or anyone else. Plus I no longer had faith in you and were tired of all your excuses because there had been one after another one from Tuesday to Friday. You had agreed to start on Tuesday because you knew I had to take by brother to Chapel Hill for his cancer treatment on Monday and you agreed to start on Tuesday. I have no idea what you are talking about when you started talking about "restaurants closing. Credit card machine is messed up ? Cash only, gas line breaks , everything closes". Mr. Wirth, I was very understanding with you but you knew I took off to get this project done during that time period. You also knew I was returning to work the following week. If you could not get a 2 day project completed in 5 days, that is on you; not me. You should not have accepted the contract. I didn't beg you to take the job nor did I twist your arm. I could and should have selected another contractor and now I wish I had. You told me you had "no problem" returning my money and had even claimed in one of your text messages that you had sent me a check to my residence, yet I still have not seen a check from you. You asked me several times to give you my bank information because that was the quickest way for you to return my money and I told you I would not. I have text messages to confirm everything I have stated in all of my reviews. I have NO trust that you will do what you said you were going to do. So don't try to blame me for your failures.I held my end of our agreement. I'm only being honest and you should not try to defame me because I have text messages to rebut any defamatory comment you make.

Creig, was the best partner .. he was my eyes and ears for this project .. I will use him in November for the complete roof. Thanks again

The Team From Michelle Rose Home Solutions Repaired My Severely Damaged Door. They Repaired It To Better Condition Than When We Bought The House Brand New. Craig Is A Professional That Provides Quality Service At A Great Price. Top Notch!!! Highly Recommend!!!
