 + 0 moreKevin started on time to set the post. He then delayed for a week for unknown reason. When he showed up again he only installed one section of fence. He left to get parts that he should have had. He then texted that the part had to be ordered.. strange since i was home. He then ghosted. Never communicated again. The project was not completed
