They allowed me to tag along which a lot of places don't let you do. It was very informative to me to see what the inspector saw and I was able to talk to him about potential remedies. They were very adaptable, knowledgeable and thorough The report not only had pictures of every little thing that needed to be fixed but also suggestions of possible solutions that ranged in terms of their cost. The inspector who came out was great and very helpful. Their price was very competitive. I think he was here a half hour early. If I have something else that needs to be inspected I'll call them.
