I found John thru Angie's List and google. He is and exceptional guy who very knowledgeable, professional and ethical. The results of refinishing our wood floors was terrific and exceeded my expectations. I have referred him to several other colleagues and friends. He showed up on time everyday. He was able to accommodate some of my scheduling challenges due to our business. His knowledge of various kinds of wood flooring , construction, and finishes was impressive and helped us get a better result from our work with him. He took the time to do the job right and finished the job on time as he promised. He was professional in providing and emailing a written estimate and bill after the work was complete. He made every effort to keep a clean and professional workspace and to minimize the impact of dust on our Inn. Even thought his bid was slightly below the other bids we received, I decided to go with him because of his knowledge and professionalism. Floor refinishing is his main business and not a sideline as with some other companies. I recommend him highly and without reservation to anyone needing this type of service.

Very pleased with work by John and his associate. J D showed up on time everytime and gave a reasonable, competitive estimate, which he stuck to, and got off nearly every bit of old stain, made the floors look great. As is usual with so much sanding, I had some cleanup to do from wooddust settling on walls and such over the period after they were finished, but was also pleased that they took precautions to minimize this using vacuums and bags/filters etc. to trap most dust. Very helpful with decisions on materials, stain tones and finish, and follow-up guidance for maintaining finish. I would rate them at least B+ and probably A- overall, and would use them again. Recommended with confidence.

Excellent company. Responded to request for quote quickly. Showed up when expected. VERY HONEST about the time involved. Did the work on time and on budget. No surprises. Fantastic work.
